How it Works
Initial Home Assessment
A complete assessment of your property to document current conditions and identify maintenance needs.
Assessments will be performed every 3-5 years based on the age and condition of the home.

Scheduled seasonal maintenance and safety checks to keep your home in optimal condition year-round, with quality referrals for any additional work that may be needed.

Quarterly Maintenance Visits

Our scheduled maintenance visits are designed to give your home consistent, proactive care throughout the year. Because every home is unique, we tailor each visit to your specific needs and your home’s condition. From routine upkeep to seasonal checks, we focus on the tasks that matter most for your safety, comfort, and long-term home health.
Each visit includes a customized checklist based on your priorities, ensuring your home receives the right care at the right time. Services may include, but are not limited to:

General Home & Safety Checks

Inspect basement for dampness or leaks

Inspect roof for missing or damaged shingles

Test GFCI outlets and breakers

Replace light bulbs as needed

Replace HVAC air filters

Test smoke, CO, and water alarms; replace batteries

Windows, Doors & Weather Protection

Check and maintain proper operation of doors and windows

Install or remove window screens based on the season

Check grout joints on tile and inspect caulk around tubs, showers, and sinks; re-caulk if needed
